I liked the location. It was within a short walking distance to numerous restaurants. The places I came to visit and the airport were a short Uber ride away. Breakfast was included. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a guy with glasses that got a salad for me when I first arrived because I was hungry. I forgot his name but shout out to him.

Breakfast was great but they should have added bacon to go along with the sausage, even waffles or pancakes would have been great too.

The hotel was very clean and looked new. The room included a side sofa which was awesome because it allowed me to sit and get some work done while the kids were sleeping. The breakfast options were fine, especially considering it was included in the room price. The parking garage was very easy to get to.

Location next to theaters was great. Restaurants within walking distance. Big variety of food by the pedestrian mall with convenient parking. Hotel breakfast very satisfying. They have a restaurant that serves simple bar food but I have to say its been a long time since we had a $28 hamburger--thank goodness it was tasty.

We loved the King Suite, it was perfect for our weekend stay, very roomy and comfortable. The continental breakfast was AWESOME. The location was excellent and we felt safe walking very late at night. Parking was easy. Overall, it was an excellent hotel experience.

The warm breakfast was healthy, and the room was really comfortable. I arrived after a long, beautiful Amtrak train journey from Oregon and asked if I could leave my luggage before checking in later in the afternoon. But the staff member on that Friday morning was really helpful: she looked for an already empty room and offered me this as an alternative to my booking. Really appreciated as it was a strangely windy and cold day for San Jose! There was some good food nearby at San Pedro Square.

Breakfast was excellent options not your typical muffin and yogurt . The rooms were nice and clean . Parking is an extra expense so that’s not ideal after already paying so much .

The rooms and bathrooms overall have a lot of room!! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful with any questions you may have, parking is close and convenient, TV channel selection is a plus as well.

Room was very clean and one of the cleaning ladies went out of her way to go to the front desk to get me ice. Bed was really comfortable.

location was great...breakfast was very good as usual...staff was very helpful and attentive...room was spacious and comfortable but the bathroom was somewhat cramped in its layout...overall a very good experience
